Education : Master’s Degree in Public/Government
Management/Administration or Certificate in Leadership
and Management from the CSC
Training : 40 hours of Supervisory Management/Learning &
Development Intervention undertaken within the last 5
years
Work Experience : 4 years in position involving supervisory management
experience in the formulation and implementation of
fisheries plans, programs/projects or other related works
