Education : Bachelor of Laws,/Criminology/Bachelor of Science in
Fisheries (BSF) or other Fisheries Allied Sciences
Training : 24 hours of training, preferably but not limited to any of the
following: *Project development and Management
*Fisheries Laws, Policies and others *Fisheries
Regulations, Law Enforcement and Operations *Leadership
and Management *Fisheries Management *Port State
Measures Boarding Inspection and Protocols *International
Market requirement on illegal, unreported and unregulated
Fishing (IUUF) Traceability and Chain of custody *General
agreement tariffs and trade world trade organization basic
course *Food safety control, inspection protocols and
procedures *Food safety act implementing rules and
regulations (IRR) *Fish and Aquatic Specieis Taxonomy
and idenifications *Aquaculture *Foreign Service Institute
(FSI) Ocean Policy Course on UNCLOS and Fish Stocks
Agreement and Regional Fisheries Management
Organizations (RFMO) Agreements *Foreign Service
Institute (FSI) course on Negotiation *Fisheries Observer
Training *Scuba Diving *Philippine Fishing Ground
*Fishing System
Work Experience : 3 years experience in the formulation and implementation
of fisheries plans, programs/projects or other related work
