Eligibility : R.A. 1080 (Physician)
Education : Doctor of Medicine with a Certificate as Fellow of the
relevant specialty society and/or Diploma of the relevant
specialty board.
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training.
Work Experience : Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience as
Medical Specialist II or other Related experiences.
Competency : per Civil Service Commission Quality Standards Manual
(revised 1997) and MC No. 14 s. 1992
