Education : Bachelor?s degree (Preferably Mechanical, Civil or
Electrical Engineers, Nurses, LLB)
Training : 4 hours relevant training (preferably in labor laws,
occupational safety and health, quality management
systems)
Work Experience : 1 year of relevant experience on engineering, occupational
safety and health, labor laws and human resource policies
Competency : 1.Leadership (Level 4 – Advanced) 2.Communication (Oral
and Written) (Level 4 – Advanced) 3.Client Service and
Relations (Level 4 – Advanced) 4.Interpersonal Skills
(Level 4 – Advanced) 5. Self Management (Level 4 –
Advanced) 6. Computer Operations (Level 4 – Advanced)
