Education : Master?s Degree preferably in social sciences, economics,
development studies, communications, industrial relations,
and other related courses or Certificate in Leadership and
Management from the Civil Service Commission (CSC)
Training : 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and
development intervention
Work Experience : Four (4) years of supervisory/management experience
Competency : ? Leadership and Management: Creates a culture where
team work and interdependence is nurtured by facilitating
collaboration across organizations; ? Strategic Planning:
Facilitates the conduct of strategic planning for a
project/program, does stakeholder analysis as basis for
developing a strategic plan; ? Labor Policy Research: Leads
and nurtures researchers in their research field and
advocates research findings to stakeholders; ? Project
Management: Ensures the accomplishment of research
project and recommends contingency plans when research
implementation is experiencing difficulties; ? Networking
and Partnership Building: Builds broad partnerships and
collaboration outside ILS; ? Public Communication:
Communicates to stakeholders and partners through
technical assistance/ consultation..
